Opening hours
We are open during term times, providing daycare services for children from their second birthday until school age. Our opening hours are 8 a.m. until 4 p.m, Monday to Friday. We offer both sessional and full day care. Sessions can be booked flexibly depending on need. Breakfast Club 8.00 am - 8.45 am Early Start Club 8.30 am - 8.45 am Morning Session 8.45 am - 12.30 pm Stretched- Morning Session 8.45 am - 1.45 pm (flexible pick-up between 1.30 & 1.45) Afternoon Session 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm (flexible pick-up between 3.30 & 4.00) Full Day 8.45 am - 4.00 pm (flexible pick-up between 3.30 & 4.00) We offer flexible morning drop off between 8.45 and 9.05 am.Our pre-school day.
Each session at pre-school is designed to be varied and engaging, whilst providing a predictable daily routine, to enable children to feel secure and safe. Our days consist of: Free play Cooking and baking Craft activities Climbing frame Circle time Trampoline Stories Games Singing Puzzles Dancing Group activities Parachute games Woodwork Gardening… …and much much more besides!
Outdoors
We have unlimited use of a large, fenced garden within the church grounds. The garden includes a grassed area, decking, vegetable patches, sand tray, mud kitchen and even a bug hotel! We believe accessing the outdoors is an important part of a healthy childhood and try our best to get out in our garden each session. We like to go on fun walks and explore the local area. During warmer weather we enjoy ‘free- flow’ between the outdoor and indoor facilities.
Indoors
The hall is light and spacious, we have room to provide a wide range of activites and resources for the children each day. Giving children ample opportunities to explore, experiment and engage.
