Key Person Approach.
Every child who attends St Barnabas will
have a dedicated key person, this key
person will remain in place throughout
their time at preschool.
The role of the key person is to ensure
each child has a strong sense of security
and belonging, benefits from
individualised learning and reaches their
full potential across all areas of
development.
Our experience and highly qualified key
person team will form supportive and
nurturing relationship with each child and
their family. These relationships mean
that children are supported to learn,
make friend and flourish throughout their
pre-school journey.
